Legendary virtuoso sitarist, composer and teacher Ravi Shankar is renowned for his pioneering work in bringing Indian music to the West. Shankar enjoys one of the most extraordinary careers in the history of contemporary music. He will continue this journey with his daughter and protégé Anoushka, the only artist to be trained completely by her father, and an ensemble of folk musicians and singers in a celebration of the transporting qualities of Indian classical music.
