“A concert/storytelling evening that sweeps together
all the wisdom of his years”
—Boston Globe
“The Alice’s Restaurant Massacree” inspired an entire generation’s commitment to social consciousness and activism, and it’s still relevant and funny today. Now, 40 years later Arlo is singing the song again—plus other treasures from his catalog—performing along with his son Abe on keyboards and Gordon Titcomb on steel, mandolin and banjo. This evening of socio-political folk and old time Appalachian music opens with The Mammals, led by Pete Seeger’s grandson Tao.
