“By now the vibrancy and accomplished dancing
of the ensemble come as no surprise.”
—New York Times

This company of superb, versatile young professionals (formerly the Alvin Ailey Repertory Ensemble) celebrates a quarter century of embodying Ailey’s impeccable standards for choreography and modern dance performance. The ensemble merges the spirit and energy of these bright dancers with a diverse repertoire of Ailey classics and works by outstanding choreographers from veterans like Lar Lubovitch and Ulysses Dove to edgy, newer artists like Donald Byrd and Shapiro & Smith.
