This cross-culture, cross-gender collective enlivens the spirits and restores faith in imagination. DanceMagazine
Can time be defied, stopped, reversed? Onstage with her company of seven gifted performers, the empress of performance art elucidates time with humor and mythic power-from the aging of an individual to the decline of the Milky Way, and from being HIV-negative in a time of plague to surviving Nazi terror. It#146;s all conveyed with Rosenthal#146;s trademark grandeur, commanding video projections and a moving original soundscape played live by composer Amy Knoles.
General public: $14/$17/$20. Students: $10/$13/$16.
Co-sponsored by the Contemporary Arts Forum in conjunction with The Art of Aging exhibition.
